KAIST 전기및전자공학부 양경훈(Kyounghoon Yang) 교수의 초고속 나노소자 연구실(High Speed Nanoelectronics Lab, HSNL)이다. 나노스케일·테라헤르츠(THz) 소자와 MMIC(모놀리식 마이크로파 집적회로), 광전 집적회로를 연구하며, GaN HEMT·공진터널다이오드(RTD) 기반 THz 소자 등 반도체 소자·공정을 다룬다. EE Device Division 소속이다.
