배현민 교수의 NAIS 연구실(Nanoscale Advanced Integrated Systems Lab)은 KAIST 전기및전자공학부 소속으로 정량적 초음파 영상, 고속 통신 링크, 뇌 혈류역학, 초음파 신호처리, 혼성신호(mixed-mode) IC 설계를 연구한다. AI를 접목한 정량초음파 기술로 2025 KAIST 리서치데이 연구대상을 수상했다.
