홍진표 교수의 NFMD 연구실은 한양대 물리학과 소속으로, 반도체 소재·소자 물성과 스핀트로닉스를 연구한다. 차세대 메모리, 스핀 메모리, selector-only memory, capacitor-less 2T-0C 소자 등 저전력·고집적 반도체 소자를 다루며, 2026년 한국진공학회 학술상을 수상했다.
