박정우 교수 연구실(Intelligent Digital Systems Lab)은 성균관대 반도체시스템공학과 소속으로, 머신러닝 반도체 설계와 차세대 AI 하드웨어를 연구한다. 뉴로모픽·딥러닝 하이브리드 프로세서, 자기지도학습 기반 엣지 AI, 멤리스터 어레이 기반 아날로그 컴퓨팅 플랫폼을 통해 고성능·저전력 AI 칩을 설계한다.
