김소영 교수 연구실(ICDS, IC Design and Solutions Lab)은 성균관대 반도체시스템공학과 소속으로, 반도체 소자·집적회로·패키지·시스템 설계를 연구한다. 머신러닝 기반 반도체 소자 모델링, 첨단 집적회로 설계, 신호·전력 무결성(SI/PI) 및 전자기 적합성(EMC)을 다룬다.
