소개

조정완 교수 연구실(다중스케일 열전달 연구실, Multi-Scale Heat Transfer Lab, MHeat)은 성균관대 기계공학부 소속으로, 첨단 반도체 소자·패키지 및 에너지 변환 소자/시스템에서의 열전달을 연구한다. 근본적인 열수송 물리(thermal transport physics)에 중점을 둔다.
