소개

컴퓨터를 이용해 생물학과 의학을 연구하는 생물정보 및 생명정보 연구실이다. 유전자 발현 조절 모델링 등 바이오인포매틱스와 계산생물학을 다루며, 딥러닝을 적용한 트랜스포머 기반 모델(Chromoformer 등)을 개발했다. 김선 교수는 서울대학교 생물정보연구소장을 맡고 있다.
