정성우 교수 연구실(SoC and Microprocessor Research Laboratory, SMRL)은 고려대학교 컴퓨터학과 소속으로, 시스템 온 칩(SoC)과 마이크로프로세서를 연구한다. 열 모델링, 시스템 수준의 열 관리와 전력 관리, 신뢰성(reliability)을 핵심 주제로 다루며 ISLPED 2024 최우수 논문상 등의 성과를 거두었다.
