김진규 교수 연구실(비전 및 인공지능 연구실, Vision and AI Lab)은 고려대학교 컴퓨터학과 소속으로, 컴퓨터 비전·머신러닝·자연어처리를 중심으로 멀티모달 학습과 자율주행을 위한 시각 인식을 연구한다. 오디오·텍스트 단서를 활용한 이미지 생성·조작, 비전-언어 지도를 결합한 궤적 예측 등 인간-AI 협력 기반의 설명 가능하고 조언 가능한 모델 구현을 목표로 하며 UC Berkeley 등 해외 선도 연구팀과 협업한다. 김 교수는 자율주행 기업 Waymo에서 근무한 경력을 바탕으로 연구실을 이끈다.
