김봉수 교수 연구실(고분자/유기반도체 연구실)은 UNIST 화학과 소속으로, 유기태양전지·유기트랜지스터·유기열전·OLED·양자점 발광다이오드용 유기반도체를 연구한다. 공액 고분자와 저분자 유기반도체를 설계·합성하고, 에너지 준위·밴드갭·전하 이동도·결정성·박막 형태를 제어해 광전자 소자를 최적화한다.
