박기복 교수 연구실(Emergent Materials & Devices Lab)은 UNIST 물리학과 소속으로, 실험 응집물질·소자물리를 연구한다. 비휘발성 메모리(강유전체·저항변화 RAM), 와이드밴드갭 반도체(SiC·III-Nitride), SiC 위 에피택셜 그래핀, 계면에서의 전하·스핀 수송, 그리고 초전도 양자 프로세서를 포함한 양자정보 소자를 다룬다.
