윤희인 교수 연구실(융합 회로 및 전자 연구실, All-round Circuits and Electronics Lab, ACELab)은 UNIST 전기전자공학과 소속으로, 차세대 통신·고속 데이터 전송·AI 하드웨어용 저전력 집적회로를 연구한다. 6G·Tbps용 클럭 생성기·PLL, 고속 ADC, 전력관리 IC, RF 프론트엔드, AI 기반 회로 설계 자동화를 다룬다.
