문현곤 교수 연구실(컴퓨터 시스템 보안 연구실, CSSL)은 UNIST 컴퓨터공학과·인공지능대학원 소속으로, 컴퓨터 보안과 시스템 보안, 프로그램 분석을 연구한다. 시스템 보안·인공지능 보안·클라우드 보안과 프라이버시 강화 기술, 프라이버시를 고려한 머신러닝, 안전한 데이터 저장·처리 기술 등을 다룬다.
