단일세포 전사체, 공간 전사체, 조직 팽창법을 연구합니다. 시퀀싱과 영상 기법으로 측정하기 어려웠던 생체분자를 검출하는 혁신적 방법을 개발하여, 임상 조직에서 나타나는 세포·분자 수준의 이질성과 병리적 세포 구조를 발견하고 이해합니다. 조직 팽창을 통한 나노미터 수준의 단백질 지도화와 항체 개발·AI 기반 단백질 설계를 통한 차세대 멀티오믹스 기술을 설계합니다.
