신경과학과 유전체의학을 연구하며, 뇌 조직과 혈액 시료에서 질병을 유발하는 유전 돌연변이를 찾아 희귀 뇌질환을 규명합니다. 신경발달장애의 유전적 원인과 생물학을 이해하고 진단 도구와 치료법을 개발합니다. 분자신경생물학, 전기생리학, 행동 실험을 통해 질환 기전을 유전적 수준에서 규명하는 중개연구를 수행합니다.
