바이오포토닉스와 생체영상을 연구하며, 살아있는 생체 내에서 세포 활동을 관찰하는 생체현미경(intravital microscopy) 기술을 개발합니다. 단일세포 및 분자 수준의 해상도로 실시간 관찰이 가능한 생체 미세영상 기술을 통해 질병 기전을 연구하고, 살아있는 개체에서 약물 효능을 직접 모니터링하며 조직 환경 내 세포 상호작용을 추적합니다.
