About

5G/6G 통신을 위한 아날로그 및 RF 집적회로 설계를 연구하는 반도체 회로설계 연구실이다. CMOS, SiGe, GaAs 등 다양한 공정을 활용해 밀리미터파 통신·레이더, 위상 배열 시스템, RF/아날로그 IC 및 모듈을 개발하며 IEEE RFIC, IEEE IMS 등 주요 학회에 연구 성과를 발표하고 있다.
