광전자공학과 나노물리를 연구하는 김정길 부교수 연구실이다. 실리콘 나노와이어 합성, 그래핀·실리콘 이종접합 소자, 나노레이저 및 광자 구조, MoS2 등 2차원 물질과 반데르발스 이종접합을 다룬다. 광검출기·광자극 소자 등 나노스케일 광전자 소자 응용 연구를 수행한다.
