김태형 교수 연구실(의료영상 인공지능 연구실, AIS Lab)은 홍익대 컴퓨터공학과 소속으로, 인공지능·의료영상·컴퓨터 비전 분야를 중심으로 연구한다. 인공지능 기반 의료영상 재건(Medical Image Reconstruction), 계산 영상 기법(Computational Imaging), 역문제(Inverse Problems), 컴퓨터 비전 기반 영상 이해 및 모델 신뢰성 향상 등 영상 처리·분석 융합 연구를 수행한다.
