권건우 교수 연구실(스케일러블 아키텍처 연구실, SCALAR Lab)은 홍익대 컴퓨터공학과 소속으로, DNN을 포함한 다양한 응용에서 성능·에너지·보안·안정성을 높이기 위한 스케일러블 컴퓨팅 및 메모리 시스템을 연구한다. 심층신경망의 보안과 에너지 효율, 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 동작을 위한 DRAM 연구, 미래 컴퓨팅을 위한 스핀 메모리, 오류정정코드(ECC) 설계 등을 다룬다.
