고문주 교수 연구실(첨단 고분자복합소재 연구실, Advanced Polymers and Composites Lab)은 건국대 화학공학과 소속으로, 친환경 플라스틱과 반도체 패키징용 고분자복합소재를 연구한다. 비트리머(vitrimer) 기반의 재활용 가능한 고강도 바이오 복합소재, 반도체 고방열 소재 등을 개발했으며, 과학기술정보통신부 안전관리 우수연구실로 인증받았다.
