김태경 교수 연구실은 한국외대 전자물리학과 소속으로, 응용물리를 바탕으로 반도체 및 표면물리를 연구한다. 원자탐침현미경(AFM)을 활용해 표면 물성과 반도체 소재를 분석하는 연구실을 운영한다.
