정창욱 교수 연구실은 한국외대 전자물리학과 소속으로, 기능성 산화물 박막과 메모리 소자를 연구한다. 서울대학교에서 박사학위를 받았으며, SrFeOx 등 산화물의 저항 스위칭 현상과 뇌모방 메모리 소자 가능성을 규명해 Advanced Materials 등에 논문을 게재했다.
