이호 교수 연구실은 경희대 수학과 및 기초과학연구소 소속으로, 일반상대성이론과 운동론(kinetic theory)을 연구한다. 아인슈타인-블라소프(Einstein-Vlasov) 및 아인슈타인-볼츠만(Einstein-Boltzmann) 방정식계의 해의 존재성과 점근적 거동을 다루며, 양의 우주상수 하에서의 점근적 행동 등을 연구해 왔다.
