박정환 교수 연구실(BIC Lab, Beyond IC Laboratory)은 경희대 전자공학과 소속으로, 저전력·소형 시스템과 IC를 넘어서는 설계를 연구한다. 뉴로모픽 신경 인터페이스 SoC(인공 망막·인공 와우·BCI), IoT용 자가발전 센싱 노드, 3D 집적회로용 칩간 인터페이스 설계 등을 다룬다.
