하경수 교수 연구실(탄소중립 지속가능성 연구실)은 서강대 화학공학과 소속으로, 친환경 에너지를 위한 촉매를 연구한다. 메탄·이산화탄소 등 온실가스와 탄화수소 가스를 고부가 화학제품으로 전환하는 촉매와 반응 시스템을 개발하며, 저온·상압에서 작동하는 유전체 장벽 방전(DBD) 플라즈마 반응기를 도입해 에너지 효율과 환경성을 추구한다.
