이종석 교수 연구실(녹색지속가능분리 연구실)은 서강대 화학공학과 소속으로, 분리막 소재와 공정을 연구한다. 혼합매트릭스 분리막(MMMs), 탄소분자체 분리막(CMS), MOF 기반 하이브리드 분리막 등 첨단 소재를 활용한 기체 분리·정제 기술을 개발하며, 투과도-선택도 트레이드오프를 극복한 CO2 포집용 고분자 분리막을 Nature Communications에 발표했다.
