김승완 교수 연구실(SEND Lab)은 KENTECH 에너지공학부(Grid Modernization) 소속으로, 기후·에너지 정책과 전력시장 설계를 연구한다. 공공정책공학, 네트워크 경제학, 에너지 시장 설계를 다루며, 교수는 서울대 전기공학(전력시스템 경제) 박사로 탄소중립녹색성장위원회 위원을 역임했다.
