KAIST 수리과학과 강완모 교수의 연구실은 응용확률과 확률 시뮬레이션, 확률 환경에서의 최적화, 리스크 분석 및 기계학습 응용을 주제로 연구한다. 최근에는 확산 모델(diffusion model) 기반 생성형 기계학습 방법론 연구를 NeurIPS·ICLR·ICML 등에 발표하고 있다.
