이상국(Sang-Gug Lee) 교수의 NICE(Nano Integrated Circuits Expertise) 연구실은 KAIST 전기및전자공학부 소속으로, CMOS 기반 RF/아날로그 집적회로와 저전력 무선 송수신기, 웨이크업 라디오, 전압제어 발진기 등을 연구한다. 무선통신용 초저전력 집적회로 설계가 핵심 분야이다.
