윤영규(Young-Gyu Yoon) 교수는 KAIST 전기및전자공학부 소속으로 뇌계측·전산분석 연구실(NICA Lab, Neuro-Instrumentation & Computational Analysis Lab)을 이끈다. 뇌 및 생의학 응용을 위한 광학·전산 기술을 개발하며, 전압 이미징, 다중화 이미징, 뉴로모픽 컴퓨팅 등을 연구한다. MIT에서 Ed Boyden 교수 지도로 뇌 전기신호의 광학 이미징·분석 기술을 연구했다.
