About

윤기완(Giwan Yoon) 교수는 KAIST 전기및전자공학부 소속으로 테라헤르츠 나노시스템 연구실(Terahertz Nano System Lab)을 이끌고 있다. 나노 박막 구조 기반의 압전·열전 에너지 하베스팅 소자, 나노소자 및 집적시스템, 웨어러블·IoT·센서 네트워크용 헬스케어 센싱 소자를 연구한다. ZnO 박막 압전 나노발전기 등 에너지 생성·하베스팅 디바이스가 주요 주제이다.
