KAIST 전기및전자공학부 김상현 교수의 3차원 집적 광전소자 연구실(3D Integrated Opto-Electronic Device Laboratory)이다. 화합물 반도체와 IV족 소재를 이용해 모놀리식 3차원 집적소자, 차세대 컴퓨팅 소자, 마이크로 LED 디스플레이, 3D 광전 집적회로(OEIC)를 연구한다. III-V/CMOS 이종집적, RF/sub-THz 플랫폼 등도 다룬다.
