나준홍 교수의 차세대 반도체 연구실(NGSL)은 강원대 반도체물리학과 소속으로, 물질 합성부터 소자·회로 구현까지 아우르는 차세대 반도체 소자 및 디스플레이를 연구한다. MoS2·흑린 등 2차원 물질, 강유전체(HfZrO2), 산화물 반도체(IGZO)를 활용한 나노소자와 NCFET, 2D/3D 이종접합 광전소자, 양자 수송, 적외선 광검출기 등을 다룬다.
