남진우 교수 연구실(생물정보학및유전체학연구실)은 한양대 생명과학과 소속으로, 생물정보학·인공지능·차세대 염기서열분석(NGS)을 활용해 새로운 비번역 RNA 유전자를 발굴하고 그 생물학적·진화적 의미와 기능을 연구한다. AI 기반 유전자 조절 도구 개발, 단일세포 전사체 분석, 암-면역 상호작용 조절인자 발굴과 질환 진단 마커 연구를 수행한다.
