김영필 교수 연구실(나노바이오연구실)은 한양대 생명과학과 소속으로, 나노바이오 기술을 이용한 생체분자 기능 연구와 진단 기법 개발을 수행한다. 나노바이오센서·바이오칩을 통한 바이오마커 진단과 단백질 상호작용 분석, 세포 및 in vivo 분자이미징, 압타머 기반 나노센서, proximity labeling 기반 바이오마커 발굴을 연구한다.
