최우석 교수의 EpiC Oxide 연구실은 성균관대 물리학과 소속으로, 응집물질물리 실험을 수행한다. 에피택셜 산화물 이종접합 박막을 제작·평가해 광전자·에너지·환경 응용을 위한 새로운 물리 현상을 탐구하며, 산소 결핍 등에 의한 박막 물성을 연구한다.
