최재혁 교수 연구실(EEMIX Lab)은 성균관대 반도체시스템공학과 소속으로, 혼성신호 집적회로 및 시스템 설계를 연구한다. 고감도 픽셀 어레이, TDC 등 회로부와 ISP를 하나의 칩에 집적한 CMOS LiDAR 센서 SoC를 다루며, 자율주행용 정밀 거리 측정 센서를 연구한다.
