권기원 교수 연구실(TEBL)은 성균관대 반도체시스템공학과 소속으로, 반도체 메모리 소자와 고집적 트랜지스터, 회로를 연구한다. 온칩 학습 하드웨어를 위한 전하 저장 기반 비휘발성 메모리·시냅스 어레이 소자 및 회로, DRAM/TCAM 메모리의 감지·전력 최적화를 다룬다.
