정광섭 교수의 나노소재및소자연구실은 고려대 화학과 소속으로, 양자점 등 나노소재를 합성하고 에너지·광학 소자에 응용하는 연구를 수행한다. 확장된 단파장 적외선(SWIR) 영역에서 빛을 내는 저독성 텔루륨화은 양자점을 개발하는 등 디스플레이·태양전지용 발광 소재를 연구한다.
