서울대학교 컴퓨터공학부 이재욱 교수가 이끄는 아키텍처 및 코드 최적화 연구실(ARC Lab)은 AI와 빅데이터 처리에 특화된 혁신적인 컴퓨터 구조를 연구한다. 머신러닝 가속을 위한 맞춤형 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 최적화, 하드웨어/소프트웨어 공동 설계, 메모리 시스템 및 DRAM 구조를 주요 주제로 다룬다. 연구 관심 분야는 컴퓨터 아키텍처와 시스템, 병렬 프로그래밍, 컴파일러, 보안을 포함한다. ISCA, MICRO, ASPLOS 등 최상위 학회에 다수의 논문을 발표하고 있다.
