이기봉 교수 연구실(에너지 환경 소재 및 공정 연구실)은 고려대 화공생명공학과 소속으로, 에너지·환경 분야의 분리 공정과 흡착 소재를 연구한다. 음식물쓰레기·가축분뇨 등 폐자원에 가스화 공정을 적용해 고효율 이산화탄소 흡착제를 생산하는 업사이클링 공정 등을 개발한다. 이 교수는 고려대 특훈교수이다.
