정윤석 교수 연구실(Electrochemical Energy Storage Lab)은 연세대 화공생명공학부 소속으로, 전기화학·재료과학을 기반으로 이차전지 현상을 이해하고 전고체전지를 집중 연구한다. 고체 이온전도 메커니즘 분석으로 고이온전도성 소재를 개발하며, 특히 용액공정 가능한 고체전해질과 전고체전지 제작, 소듐 전고체전지, 전극-전해질 계면 ALD 적용 기술을 다룬다.
