소개

서관용 교수 연구실(The Seo Group, 나노/마이크로 구조 기반 소자 연구실)은 UNIST 에너지화학공학과 소속으로, 나노·마이크로 구조 기술을 이용해 기존 반도체 물질의 한계를 넘는 새로운 개념의 태양전지를 연구한다. 결정질 실리콘 기반 고효율 투명 태양전지, 마이크로와이어 구조 태양전지, 태양광-연료 전환을 위한 광전기화학 시스템을 개발한다.
