소개
김성진 교수 연구실은 산화물 박막 트랜지스터(oxide TFT)와 저항변화메모리(ReRAM), 뉴로모픽 시스템을 연구한다. 수용액 공정, 플라즈마 처리, 레이저 사전 어닐링 등의 기법으로 소자의 스위칭 특성과 신뢰성을 향상시키며, 공정과 전기적 특성 사이의 상관관계를 분석해 인공지능 하드웨어용 반도체 소자를 개발한다.
