소개

토목시공학과 건설관리를 중심으로 공법·설계변경, 계약·분쟁·원가·공정·안전 관리, 발파 및 진동을 연구한다. 국토교통부 중앙도시계획위원회 위원 등으로 활동하며 건설 현장과 정책 실무에 깊이 관여하고 있다.
