김대위 교수

마이크로바이옴 및 항생제 내성체(resistome) 연구실로, 인간·동물·환경 마이크로바이옴에 존재하는 항생제 내성 유전자(ARG)의 기원, 출현, 전파, 진화를 연구한다. 메타지노믹스와 생물정보학 기반 One Health 접근으로 내성 유전자를 분석하며, 신규 내성 유전자 발굴과 플라스틱 분해 미생물·효소 탐색도 수행한다.
