환경생물공학연구실(EBTL)은 생물흡착 소재 및 생물흡착 공정기술과 미량오염물질 제거·관리 기술을 연구한다. 생태계의 자연정화, 폐기물로부터 귀금속을 회수하는 도시광산 기술 등 친환경 환경정화·자원회수 기술을 개발한다.
