중성미자(neutrino) 실험을 연구하는 연구실이다. 원자로 중성미자 진동 실험 등 입자검출기를 이용한 중성미자 정밀측정 연구를 수행하며 국내외 대형 중성미자 실험에 참여하고 있다.
