도로공학·포장공학·도시방재안전을 전공하는 스마트도로연구실로, 2019년 설립되어 2023년 리모델링을 거쳐 운영되고 있다. 도로 포장 재료와 성능, 도시 재난·방재 안전에 관한 연구를 수행한다. 전남대학교 건설환경공학과 소속이다.
